What counts as experience
Having lived it is qualifying experience, not a nice-to-have.
R-SEAT is refugee-led, not refugee-consulting. Displacement in your own history is treated as expertise on your CV — the same way a degree is. You will never be asked to tell that story to prove it, and you will never be the only one in the room.
